  • What causes this issue?

    If original application data is stored on another computer, you need
    special data for your specific combination of frontend computer and
    data carrier in order to transfer original application data. This data
    is defined in the IMG for document management, step "Define mount
    points/logical drives".

    System Response

    No access path is defined for the combination of computers you are
    using.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator to have an access path defined for
    the combination of computers you are using.
    Note:
    If the original application files are on a local computer, you do not
    need to enter a computer in the <LS>Data carrier</> field. However, if
    you did make an entry, disregard this message. Confirm the message. You
    see the dialog box for selecting a file.
