When you call the function <ZH>Start distribution with recipient list
</>, the recipient list is used as a template. Since the documents are
saved without a document part or version in recipient lists, the system
enters a document automatically.

If there is no released version available, the last version according
to its date is taken.
If there are several versions for <ZH>one</> date, the highest version
is taken.
