    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code VKA6 is used to reload agreements in the system. It is a part of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and is used to maintain customer-specific pricing agreements.

    VKA6 allows users to reload agreements from the database into the system. This ensures that all customer-specific pricing agreements are up-to-date and accurate. It also allows users to view and edit existing agreements, as well as create new ones. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code VKA6 in the command field. 
    2. Select the agreement type you wish to reload from the dropdown menu. 
    3. Enter the agreement number in the appropriate field. 
    4. Click “Execute” to reload the agreement into the system. 
    5. To view or edit an existing agreement, select it from the list of agreements displayed on the screen. 
    6. To create a new agreement, click “Create” and enter the necessary information in the fields provided. 
    7. Click “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
