  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code SHN3_ is used to display shift notes in the SAP system. It is a part of the Human Resources (HR) module and is used to view and manage shift notes for employees. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The SHN3_ transaction code allows users to view and manage shift notes for employees. It provides a list of all shift notes that have been created in the system, as well as the ability to create new shift notes. It also allows users to edit existing shift notes, delete them, or print them out. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the SHN3_ transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu that appears. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  4. Select the “Execute” button to display all of the employee’s shift notes. 
  5. To create a new shift note, select the “Create” option from the menu that appears. 
  6. Enter all of the necessary information into the fields provided and select “Save” when finished. 
  7. To edit an existing shift note, select it from the list and then select “Edit” from the menu that appears. 
  8. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  9. To delete a shift note, select it from the list and then select “Delete” from the menu that appears.
