Select the “Display” option from the menu that appears. 3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 4. Select the “Execute” button to display all of the employee’s shift notes. 5. To create a new shift note, select the “Create” option from the menu that appears. 6. Enter all of the necessary information into the fields provided and select “Save” when finished. 7. To edit an existing shift note, select it from the list and then select “Edit” from the menu that appears. 8. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 9. To delete a shift note, select it from the list and then select “Delete” from the menu that appears. 10. To print out a shift note, select it from the list and then select “Print” from the menu that appears.
