SHN3 - Details

  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code SHN3 is used to display shift notes in the SAP system. It is a part of the Human Resources (HR) module and is used to view and manage shift notes for employees. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The SHN3 transaction code allows users to view and manage shift notes for employees. It provides a list of all shift notes that have been created in the system, as well as the ability to create new shift notes. The transaction code also allows users to edit existing shift notes, delete them, or print them out. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the SHN3 transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the employee number or name in the “Employee” field. 
  4. Select the “Execute” button to display all shift notes associated with that employee. 
  5. To create a new shift note, select the “Create” option from the menu bar and enter the necessary information into the fields provided. 
  6. To edit an existing shift note, select it from the list and then select the “Change” option from the menu bar. 
  7. To delete a shift note, select it from the list and then select the “Delete” option from the menu bar. 
  8. To print out a shift note, select it from the list and then select the “Print”
