  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PT_QATT in the command field. 
  2. Select the desired date range for the list of attendances. 
  3. Select the desired employee or attendance type to filter the list. 
  4. The list of attendances will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To view more details about an attendance, select it from the list and click on “Details”. 
  6. To edit an attendance, select it from the list and click on “Edit”. 
  7. To delete an attendance, select it from the list and click on “Delete”. 
  8. To add a new attendance, click on “New” and enter the required information. 
  9. When finished, click on “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
