  1. Enter transaction code PT_QABS in the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select a date range or absence type from the drop-down menus if desired. 
  4. Click Execute to display the list of absences for the employee. 
  5. To view more details about an absence, double-click on it in the list. 
  6. To exit, click Back or press F3.
