  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code PP_MY_APP is used to access the Appraisals Where Appraisee is Me feature. This feature allows users to view and manage their own performance appraisals. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The Appraisals Where Appraisee is Me feature provides users with a comprehensive overview of their performance appraisals. It allows users to view the details of their appraisals, such as the appraisal period, the appraiser, and the appraisal results. Additionally, users can also manage their appraisals by creating new ones, editing existing ones, and deleting them. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PP_MY_APP into the SAP command field. 
  2. The Appraisals Where Appraisee is Me screen will appear. 
  3. To view an existing appraisal, select it from the list and click on “Display”. 
  4. To create a new appraisal, click on “Create” and enter the necessary information. 
  5. To edit an existing appraisal, select it from the list and click on “Change”. 
  6. To delete an existing appraisal, select it from the list and click on “Delete”. 
  7. When you are finished, click on “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
