  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user credentials. 
  2. Navigate to the PP_MY_APP_MGT transaction code. 
  3. Select the “View” option to view existing appraisals. 
  4. Select the “Create” option to create a new appraisal. 
  5. Enter the necessary information for the appraisal and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. Select the “Edit” option to edit an existing appraisal. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. Select the “Track” option to track the progress of an appraisal or generate reports on its status. 
  9. Select the “Assign” option to assign tasks to employees related to an appraisal and track their progress. 
  10. Log out of SAP when finished using PP_MY_APP_MGT.
