  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new document, select the “Create” button on the main screen. 
  2. Enter the necessary information into the fields provided. 
  3. Select “Save” to save the document. 
  4. To edit an existing document, select the “Edit” button on the main screen. 
  5. Enter the necessary information into the fields provided. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the changes made to the document. 
  7. To delete a document, select the “Delete” button on the main screen. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the document by selecting “Yes” when prompted. 
  9. To search for a specific document, enter keywords or document numbers into the search bar at the top of the main screen and select “Search”. 
  10. Select the desired document
