  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the PP32 transaction code, go to the SAP Easy Access menu and select “Room Reservations Services” from the list of available transactions. 
  2. Once you are in the PP32 transaction code, you can create a new reservation or service by clicking on the “Create” button. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for your reservation or service, such as date, time, duration, and cost. 
  4. Once you have entered all the necessary information for your reservation or service, click on “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To view an overview of all your reservations or services, click on “Overview:” in the top menu bar.
