  2. Enter the applicant's name or ID in the search field. 
  3. Click on “Execute” to view the applicant's activities. 
  4. The system will display a list of activities related to the applicant, such as their application status and contact details. 
  5. To view additional information related to the applicant, click on “Details”. 
  6. To exit, click on “Back” or press F3.
