  1. Enter the transaction code PB40 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to enter new applicant data. 
  3. Enter the required information about the applicant’s qualifications, skills, and experience. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
  5. To view an existing applicant’s data, select “Display” from the menu bar. 
  6. Enter the applicant’s ID number and select “Execute” to view their data. 
  7. To change an existing applicant’s data, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the required changes. 
  8. Select “Save” to save the changes.
