  Overview:

  Functionality: 
  The PA20 transaction code allows users to view and edit employee master data. It also allows users to create new records for employees and delete existing records. Additionally, it can be used to search for specific employees or groups of employees. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PA20 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee number or name in the search field. 
  3. Select the “Display” button to view the employee’s master data. 
  4. To edit the employee’s master data, select the “Change” button. 
  5. To create a new record for an employee, select the “Create” button. 
  6. To delete an existing record, select the “Delete” button. 
  7. When finished, select the “Save” button to save any changes made.
