  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code PA10 is used to access the Personnel File in the Human Resources (HR) module. It is used to view and maintain employee data, such as personal information, job information, and salary details. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PA10 transaction code allows users to view and edit employee data in the Personnel File. This includes personal information, such as name, address, and date of birth; job information, such as position and department; and salary details, such as pay grade and pay scale. The data can be viewed in a tabular format or in a graphical format. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PA10 into the command field. 
  2. Select the personnel number of the employee whose data you wish to view or edit. 
  3. Select the tabular or graphical view of the data. 
  4. View or edit the employee data as needed. 
  5. Save your changes when finished.
