  Overview: 
  HREIC_WF_EMAIL is a SAP transaction code used to customize the workflow of the Employee Interaction Center (EIC) E-Mail. This transaction code allows users to configure the EIC E-Mail workflow, which is used to manage and process incoming emails from customers. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The HREIC_WF_EMAIL transaction code enables users to customize the workflow of the EIC E-Mail. This includes setting up the workflow steps, assigning tasks to users, and configuring the routing rules for incoming emails. The workflow can also be configured to send out automated responses to customers, as well as notifications to users when an email is received. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the HREIC_WF_EMAIL transaction code in SAP. 
  2. Select the “Workflow” tab and click “Create”. 
  3. Enter a name for the workflow and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Steps” and click “Create”. 
  5. Enter a name for the step and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Actions” and click “Create”. 
  7. Enter a name for the action and select “Save”. 
  8. Select “Routing Rules” and click “Create”. 
  9. Enter a name for the routing rule and select “Save”. 
  10. Select “Notifications” and click “Create”. 
  11. Enter a name for the notification and select “Save”. 
  12. Select “Automatic Responses” and click “Create”. 
  13. Enter a name for the automatic response and select “Save”. 
  14. Select “Activate Workflow” to activate the workflow you have created with
