  Overview:
  SAP transaction code CJ80 is used to manage availability control in the SAP system. It is used to monitor and control the availability of materials and resources in a company’s production process. This transaction code is part of the SAP Logistics Execution (LE) module.

  1. Enter transaction code CJ80 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Availability Control” tab. 
  3. Select the “Maintain Availability Control Parameters” option. 
  4. Enter the material or resource you want to set up availability control parameters for. 
  5. Enter the desired parameters for the material or resource. 
  6. Save your changes. 
  7. To view the current availability of materials or resources, select the “Availability Overview:” tab and enter the material or resource you want to view information for. 
  8. To view planned availability for future orders, select the “Planned Availability Overview:” tab and enter the material or resource you want to view information for.
