  • Key Concepts:
Service Categories are a way to organize services in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM). They are used to group services into categories, such as maintenance, repair, installation, and training. This helps users quickly find the services they need and makes it easier to manage services.

    How to use it:
In SAP CRM, Service Categories can be created and managed in the Service Category Maintenance screen. This screen allows users to create new categories, assign services to categories, and edit existing categories. Once created, Service Categories can be used to filter services in the Service Order screen.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating Service Categories, it is important to think about how they will be used. It is best to create categories that are broad enough to encompass all related services, but specific enough that users can easily find the service they need.
