    Document history is a feature of the Supply Network Collaboration (SCM-ICH) component of SAP. It allows users to view the history of a document, such as a purchase order, from the time it was created to the time it was completed. This feature helps users track changes and identify any discrepancies in the document. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To access the document history, users must first open the document in question. Then, they can click on the “History” tab at the top of the page. This will open a window that displays all changes made to the document, including who made them and when.

    When viewing the document history, users should pay close attention to any changes that have been made. This will help them identify any discrepancies or errors that may have occurred during the document’s creation or completion. 
    
    Related Information:
