    Maintain Business Roles is a feature of SAP SCM-IBP Integrated Business Planning that allows users to assign roles to different users in the system. This feature allows users to control who has access to certain areas of the system and what actions they can take. It also allows users to assign roles to different users in the system, such as a planner, a buyer, or an analyst. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Maintain Business Roles, first log into the SAP SCM-IBP Integrated Business Planning system. Then, navigate to the “Roles” tab in the navigation bar. Here, you will be able to view all of the roles that have been assigned to different users in the system. To assign a role to a user, click on the “Assign Role” button and select the user from the list. You can then select which role you would like to assign them and click “Save”. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When assigning roles, it is important to make sure that each user has only one role assigned to them. This will ensure that they are not able to access areas of the system that they should not have access to. Additionally, it is important to make sure that each user has the correct permissions for their role so that they are able to perform all of their tasks correctly.
