Prebookings are made for the event type when there is no suitable date scheduled for the required event or when there are no places available. The organizer can establish what demand there is for an event type based on the number of prebookings received. This information can be useful for planning events based on demand.

  Prebook is a feature in SAP's PE Training and Event Management component that allows users to reserve a seat in a training session before the session is officially opened for registration. This feature allows users to plan ahead and secure their spot in the training session before it is filled up. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To use the prebook feature, users must first select the training session they wish to attend. Once they have selected the session, they can click on the “Prebook” button to reserve their seat. The user will then receive a confirmation email with details about the session and their reservation. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to note that prebooking does not guarantee a seat in the training session. If the session is full when the user attempts to register, their prebooked seat will be released and they will need to register for another session.
