  Applicant Pool is a feature of the SAP PA-RC Recruitment component. It is a collection of applicants who have applied for a job opening. The applicant pool can be used to store and manage all the applicants for a particular job opening. It also allows recruiters to quickly search and filter through the applicants to find the best fit for the job. 
  
  How to use it: 
  The applicant pool can be accessed from the Recruiting tab in the SAP PA-RC Recruitment component. Once there, recruiters can create a new applicant pool or select an existing one. They can then add applicants to the pool by entering their details such as name, contact information, and resume. The recruiters can also search and filter through the applicants in the pool to find the best fit for the job. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to keep the applicant pool up-to-date by regularly adding new applicants and removing those who are no longer interested in the job opening. This will help recruiters quickly find the best fit for the job without having to go through all of the applicants in the pool.
