The appraisal categories are then used to create an appraisal form that is used to evaluate an employee’s performance.
    How to use it: To use the appraisal category feature in SAP PM, first create the categories that you want to use for evaluating employees. This can be done by going to the Appraisal Category tab in the PM module and clicking “Create Appraisal Category”. Then enter the name of the category and any additional information that you want to include. Once you have created the categories, you can then create an appraisal form by selecting the categories that you want to include in the form.
    Tips & Tricks: When creating appraisal categories, it is important to make sure that they are specific enough so that they accurately reflect the criteria that you are using to evaluate employees.
