If the routing step type of the current operation and the next operation are both sequential-concurrent, these pieces will then be available to the next operation. The SFC number that is being partially completed must have been started either entirely, or partially. When the final portion of the SFC number is being partially completed, the entire SFC number is completed out of the operation.
