To use partial commitment, users must first create a purchase order in the system. Once the purchase order is created, users can select the “Partial Commitment” option from the menu. This will allow them to specify the amount of funds they wish to commit to the purchase order. The remaining amount will be left open for future commitments.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using partial commitment, it is important to keep track of the total amount of funds committed and ensure that it does not exceed the budget constraints.
