  Internal Job History is a feature of the LOD-SF SAP SuccessFactors component that allows users to track and view the history of an employee’s job within the organization. This includes information such as job title, job level, job code, and other related details. It also provides a timeline of when the employee was hired, when they changed jobs, and when they left the organization. 
  How to Use It: 
  To access Internal Job History, users must first log into their SAP SuccessFactors account. Once logged in, they can navigate to the “Employee Profile” page and select “Job History” from the left-hand menu. This will open a page that displays all of the employee’s job history within the organization. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to note that Internal Job History only tracks changes within the organization. If an employee has held multiple positions outside of the organization, this information will not be included in their Internal Job History. Additionally, it is important to keep this information up-to-date as it can be used for reporting purposes.
