    Customer priority is a feature in SAP IS-M-SD Media Sales and Distribution that allows customers to be assigned a priority level. This priority level determines the order in which customers are served when they make orders. Customers with higher priority levels are served first, while customers with lower priority levels are served last. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To assign a customer priority level, go to the customer master data in SAP IS-M-SD Media Sales and Distribution. Select the customer you want to assign a priority level to and then select the “Priority” tab. Here you can assign a priority level from 1 to 10, with 1 being the highest priority and 10 being the lowest.
