What is document part in SAP FS-PM - Policy Management?

  • Description: Logical subdivision of a document into individual parts. A document part can also be subdivided into more document parts. These document parts are implemented as units during document definition for example, a text module, or a level in the print workbench.

    Document parts can be created in the FS-PM Policy Management system by selecting the “Create Document Part” option from the main menu. Once created, users can upload documents into the document part and assign them to specific users or groups. Documents can also be edited and updated within the document part.
