  • Key Concepts: Document parts are the smallest unit of a document in the SAP Document Management System (DMS). They are used to store and manage documents, such as text, images, and other files. Document parts can be linked together to form a larger document.
    How to use it: Document parts can be created in the DMS by selecting the “Create Document Part” option from the menu. Once created, document parts can be linked together to form a larger document. The document parts can also be edited, deleted, or moved around within the document.
    Tips & Tricks: When creating a document part, it is important to give it a descriptive name so that it is easy to find later. It is also important to make sure that all of the document parts are linked together correctly so that the entire document is displayed correctly.
