  • Description: An order automatically generated in the Posting Control Office for checking and processing problems that have occurred during posting of payment items or creation of prenotes in the Account Management system. A distinction is made between the posting control order categories account order, item order, and payment distribution order. A distinction is also made in accordance with the first response determined from the posting control rules between the following posting control order subcategories: Item: Postprocessing Item: Reallocation Item: CpD suspense Account: Reallocation Account: Postprocessing/reallocation Payment distribution: Postprocessing Posting control orders can be edited in the Posting Control Office either automatically with the automatic processing function or manually with the Posting Control Desktop. Payment distribution orders can be edited in the Posting Control Office with the Posting Control Desktop and in Account Management with report Execute Automatic
