The following are defined in the request category: Definition of the request data structure, that is, all of the fields required for the Web request The HTML pages that can be executed as a BSP application taking account of role-specific request category views. There is a corresponding start page and related URL for each view - applicant or processor. EXAMPLE In SAP Public Sector, a request category can contain settings for requesting a resident's parking permit.
