In the sell side application, once a seller creates an auction it can have the following statuses: Open : Auction that is created and not available for customers to view. Published : Auction that is available for customers to view. Active : Auction that is available for customers to bid. Finalized : Auction that has elapsed the end date and winner has been determined. In the buy side application, once an auction is published it can have the following statuses: Published : Auction that is available to view before the start date. Active : Auction that is available to bid.
