You tried to create a new switch. In order to avoid namespace
conflicts, you are not allowed to create switches within SAP systems.

The system prevents you from entering new switches.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you require a new switch, send an internal problem message with the
component PA-BC. Enter the system, the package (development class), the
required switch (group and name), and its description.
You are not permitted to create temporary switches.
