¿Qué causa este problema?

When you make changes to a table protected by namespaces, the system
checks whether the change performed by the user is allowed for the
table. To do this, it sets up an RFC connection to the central
namespace check system.
However, the RFC connection &V1& necessary for the check is not yet set
up in this system.

You can only make restricted changes to the table.

If this message has appeared in a customer system, inform SAP.

Procedimiento para Administradoras de Sistemas

Maintain the connection &V1& using transaction SM59. If you do not know
the connection data, write an internal problem message "Set up &V1&" to
component PA-BC.
