¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to create a new evaluation path. To avoid namespace
conflicts, you are not allowed to create evaluation paths in SAP
systems.

The system prevents you from entering a new evaluation path.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you require a new evaluation path, send an internal problem message
to the component PA-BC. State the system, the package, the required
evaluation path, and its name.
If you need a temporary evaluation path (for example for test
purposes), use an evaluation path with "$" as the first character. Such
evaluation paths, however, must not be transported or delivered. For
this reason you cannot create them in customizing clients.
