Three rules define the shipment behavior of safety data sheets that are
initiated by an outbound delivery. The system applied the "12 months
rule" as this rule is set for the corresponding compliance requirement.
The system determined that a shipment of a safety data sheet of material
&V2& is required for country "&V3&".

Respuesta del sistema

Since the last delivery's goods issue and the shipment of the safety
data sheet were within the last 12 months, the latest safety data sheet
(version &V4&) is shipped to the SDS recipient "&V1&".
