¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to allocate the BOM to an additional plant. The BOM contains a
material item with material type &V1& and item category &V2&.
In settings in Customizing (Bills of material -> Item category) this
item category is defined such that inventory management is to be
carried out on a quantity basis.
However, in settings in Customizing (Material -> Material type)
material type &V1& is defined in the allocation plant such that the
quantities are to be updated in the material master, so you cannot
enter this material with item category &V2&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The BOM can only be allocated to a plant in which material type &V1& is
defined as a material type for which inventory management can be
carried out.
