Table SXADMIN is client-specific. It still does not contain any
administration information for the current client.

System Response

Default values are used (for the trace activation status etc.).
In the "Administration II" screen of transaction SCOA, a new entry with
administration information is created in table SXADMINTAB with the
"Save" function.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
