Message text: An original component does not exist for successor &1
During planning with product interchangeability in SAP APO, you have
partially or completely replaced the original component of an order with
the successor component &V1&. The original component does not exist in
the current version of the order in SAP ECC. For this reason, SAP ECC
cannot add the successor component to this order.
The system terminates the transfer and processing of the order in SAP
ECC and creates a faulty queue entry.
Check the BOM in SAP ECC and the production process model in SAP APO. If
the data does not agree, execute a reconcile. If the problem continues
to occur even though the data agrees, contact SAP.
Additional information:
Component transferred: &V1&
PARENTPOS transferred: &V2&

- Create or Update BOM: If the original component is missing, you may need to create or update the BOM to include the necessary components.
- Check Material Master: Ensure that the material master records for both the original and successor components are correctly set up and active.
- Review Configuration: Check the configuration settings related to the BOM and production orders to ensure that they are correctly defined.
