What causes this issue?

The tag <&MSGV1&> was expected in the XML document received. But the
XML document does not contain this tag at the correct position.

System Response

The XML processing is aborted with an error.

How to fix this error?

Check that the structure of the XML document is correct. In particular,
check whether the tag <&MSGV1&> is at the correct position.
