What causes this issue?

The linkage between the triggering event and the task to be triggered
is created by the event but has not yet been entered in the linkage
table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

When the triggering event is activated, the linkage is entered in the
table automatically.
Goto the definition of the corresponding task and activate the event
linkage from there.
