What causes this issue?

You have changed the values of all of the data cells that belong to a
locked total at the same time. This is not possible because the total
of the data cells is not guaranteed to be the same as the locked total.

System Response

The entries will be returned to their original values.

How to fix this error?

For a locked sum with n (unlocked) data cells, you can only change n-1
data cells at the same time.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
