What causes this issue?

You have entered planning characteristic &V1& as a planning level with
a special meaning (for example, "material" or "classification system
characteristic"). Your planning scenario does not, however, contain
this planning characteristic.
One possible reason for this is that planning levels were changed after
the special planning characteristics were created.

System Response

Due to this inconsistency, the system cannot activate your planning
scenario.

How to fix this error?

On the screen "Special Planning Levels", change or delete the
assignment of planning characteristics and make the planning
characteristics correspond to the current structure of the planning
scenario.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
