    Due to this inconsistency, the system cannot activate your planning
    scenario.

    How to fix this error?

    Goto the attribute screen for characteristic &V2& in planning step &V1&
    and delete the assignment to the planning characteristic.
    Alternatively, you could change the check table for planning
    characteristic &V2&.
    When you have done this, check the planning scenario once more.
