  Cause:
  This error occurs when you try to assign or process an equipment record in SAP that is expected to be a vehicle, but the equipment master record does not have the correct equipment category or type assigned to it. In other words, the system expects the equipment to be classified as a vehicle (usually equipment category 'V'), but the equipment you are using is not set up as such.
  Typical scenarios include:
  
  Assigning equipment to a vehicle-related transaction (e.g., vehicle maintenance, vehicle registration) but the equipment master is not flagged as a vehicle.
