What causes this issue?

<DS:GLOS.additional>Additional</> &V3& was ordered using purchasing
document &V1&/&V2&. In the meantime, there have been changes to the
<DS:DE.ADDI_RDID>reference document</> which affect the purchase order
for the additional. (See also the relevant <DS:NA.WTADDI223>message
about changes</>.)

System Response

The purchase order for the additional was changed successfully. The
<DS:DE.ADDIS_POOK>status</> of the follow-on purchase order was also
changed.
