What causes this issue?

You have chosen to use parallel processing but have not entered data
for the number of recipients per process (entry value > 0). This data
must, however, be entered before parallel processing can be used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the input field for the number of recipients per process, enter a
value greater than 0.
Deactivate parallel processing.
