What causes this issue?

During processing of
<DS:GLOS.message>messages</>, a message assigned to message type &V1&
was to be output via
<DS:GLOS.transmission_medium>transmission medium</> &V2&. However, this
transmission medium is not supported by the message type.

System Response

The system cannot process the message.

How to fix this error?

To avoid further messages being created with this medium, you should
make the relevant settings in Customizing for Settlement Management.
This affects the message type and the message condition records.
The Customizing documentation indicates which transmission media are
supported by a message type.
Messages that have been created with a transmission medium that is not
supported cannot be processed.
Please contact your system administrator.
