What causes this issue?

RMA cost allocation terminated with an internal error in the BI system.

System Response

The settlement request must be saved with the status <ZK>Incomplete</>.
Cost allocation has to be postponed.

How to fix this error?

This issue should not occur. Ask your system administrator to resolve
it.
After the issue is resolved, enter the settlement request again to carry
out the cost allocation and complete the document.

Procedure for System Administrators

In the BI system, look for short dumps and runtime errors. Report the
error message to SAP.
