currently not possible.

RMA cost allocation cannot be carried out right now. The settlement
request will be saved with posting status <ZK>Document is incomplete</>.

How to fix this error?

Check the cost allocation profile to see if the RFC destination for the
SAP NetWeaver Business Warehourse system is configured correctly and
working. When the issue is resolved, enter the settlement request again
to carry out the cost allocation and complete the document.
